Col de la Bonette

From Saint-Etienne-de-Tinée.

The previous afternoon, the thunderstorm rumbling around broke across the summit of the Col de la Bonette.
Throwing ice cube size hails down and washing tons of debris off the mountain top, blocking the road, making the pass impassable.
By dawn, the road crews had partially cleared the road and reopened the pass. The storm had vanquished the oppressive heat and washed the sky clean. Out of chaos, beauty is born.

Perfect time for a ride.

As far as I know, no one jumps on a bicycle, saying, "I'm off to find a busy road full of traffic and pollution".
It follows that most cyclists are looking for peace and tranquillity in some shape or form, at least when in cycling mode.
If that is the case, can I interest you in a lovely piece of real estate perfect for someone of your disposition?

Situated on the southern ascent of the Col de la Bonette, it's a timeshare opportunity in pristine condition with only a few other careful owners of like mind.
Running costs are low, and maintenance is included in the asking price.
The property is, believed to be stress-free.
