Refunds & Returns

We will refund all items that have been damaged or are found to be faulty.

Within the EU you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return a print for any reason. All fine art prints must be returned in a New Saleable Condition at your expense. Due to their nature and the immense risk of damage, charges will be levied if the print is in anyway damaged. Any finger marks, finger prints, creases, damage to the print edges no matter how slight will render the print unsalable and costs will be deducted accordingly. Where customers have taken advantage of free shipping these costs will not be refunded.

The item needs to be returned in its original packaging or packaged to the same standard as it was delivered in. Returns are at your own risk and at your own cost and we will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with the purchase such as recorded or courier delivery. Include the reason for the return, your order number and your email address or telephone number.

For customers outside of the EU the same conditions apply. Any refund due will be credited to the purchaser's card within 14 days.
