Col d'Izoard - Modern Day Hero 1 - B&W
The modern-day sporting hero is a tiny dot on the road against a vast rock facade, oblivious to the millions of tons of crumbling, unstable rock above their head. The road crews can be seen early most mornings, clearing the debris from the road. But our hero knows nothing of this. They concentrate on their cadence, their breathing and heart rate, and the still undetermined distance to the top.
